Flow with Mie classes, workshops, private tuition, online classes and retreats
If you are coming for the first time please contact me so I can expect you and know of any injuries or medical conditions.
In very exceptional circumstances I may need to cancel a class at short notice. Sign up to the mailing list via the website so you can be kept informed of any schedule changes. You have the option to unsubscribe from this list at any time.
I do not accept any responsibility for lost, stolen or damaged goods. Please look after your belongings.
I kindly ask that you arrive a few minutes early so that we can start on time.
Phones must be turned off during class. If in exceptional circumstances if you need to leave your phone on to take an urgent call please keep it on silent or vibrate and wait until you are out of the room before answering it.
For classes and workshops in Bonn and other yoga studios see individual yoga studios websites for their T&Cs and booking information.
Private yoga bookings require 24 hours notice to cancel or amend otherwise the full fee is due.
Health and Wellbeing – Yoga is a safe & effective form of exercise; and I do my best to ensure your well being. However, it is required that you take full responsibility for your own practice in class. It is your responsibility to discuss any health concerns/conditions with a health care professional and to make me (the teacher) aware of any medical conditions, injuries, complications or physical limitations before class. You must agree to honour your body by adjusting the practice according to your own capabilities and needs to ensure that no personal injury occurs. Should injury occur during class, I cannot be held accountable.
I will not share your personal details with third parties without your consent.
Online Classes
When practicing in online classes, please adapt in ways suitable for you, take breaks as you need, practice in a safe space. Should you feel unwell or feel pain, stop immediately and seek advice from a medical professional. If in doubt about a pose or sequence, skip those poses/sequences. Make sure you are suitably warmed up before each session. I recommend refraining from eating 2 hours before the session and making sure you are hydrated 2 hours before the session commences.
You are participating in my online classes at your own risk, with everything you do, being entirely carried out as your choice. I do not accept any liability for any injury or damage arising from the use of this website.
Refunds: Membership begins the day you make a payment and valid for the duration of the time indicated in the plan what you have purchased. You can cancel the membership at anytime and the membership continues to the end of your billing cycle. There is no refund for drop-in classes. The recording will be sent to you, which you have access to for 72 hours.
Retreats
By placing a booking you agree to these Terms and Conditions:
Booking and Deposit
A deposit indicated on the each retreat site is required to confirm your space on the retreat.
This deposit is non-refundable unless you find someone to replace you on the retreat and take your spot. When the deposit is transferred, an administration fee of 30 Euros is deducted.
The Payment
The price of the retreat is the exact amount to be received by us in full in Euros.
Full payments are due on or before the date indicated on our website. Full payments are non-refundable, however a replacement person is welcome to take your spot.
Your Travel Arrangements
All travel arrangements are your responsibility and at your own cost. We shall not be held liable for any consequences arising from delays or cancellations in any of the companies you may have made arrangements with, or for any irregularities in your documentation required for travel. Transfers to/from the retreat are at your own cost, unless otherwise specified.
Travel Insurance
Travel insurance is highly recommended. If you choose to buy insurance we suggest that your travel insurance covers the activity of this retreat as well as unexpected cancellation, sickness, losses and all the usual risks.
Your Health
It is your responsibility to let us know prior to beginning of class if you have any injuries or pathologic conditions that can interfere with your physical or mental safety and health and to be mindful at all times of your own body’s capability during the retreat.
If you are uncertain of whether your physical or mental state is fit for practicing Yoga, we highly recommend to consult a doctor prior to the retreat.
Women who are pregnant should check with their health practitioner to conform that they are fit to travel and able to engage in the activities that we provide.
Changes of schedule or teacher
We reserve the right to change the schedule in order to best accommodate the group of participants as we see fit. In the event that one teacher falls ill, we reserve the right to conduct the retreat with only one teacher or with a substitute teacher.
Our liability to you
(a) We accept the responsibility for ensuring that the retreats are supplied as described and that the services we are contractually obliged to provide are to a reasonable standard.
(b) We do not accept any liability for cancellations, delays or changes caused by war, threat of war, terrorist actions or threats, closure of airports, civil strife, industrial action, natural disaster, technical problems to transport, staff cancellations, unforeseen changes in your personal circumstances or other events beyond our control.
(c) We are not liable for any injuries you may incur. Yoga classes are undertaken at your own risk. We are not liable for any medical or psychiatric conditions, which may develop during or subsequent to the retreat. We are not liable for loss of, or damage to, your personal property.
No Liability for possessions
The property will ensure that the property is not left empty or unlocked. However, it is your responsibility to ensure that your possessions are kept safe at all times, especially if you are sharing a room.
