Classes & Workshops

I teach Vinyasa Flow, a flowing, dynamic form of yoga, where postures are linked together using breath. In my class I strive to encourage practitioners to explore and experience a special combination of asanas (postures), choreography, pranayama (breathing techniques) and sound in a safe, non-competitive environment.

Yoga practice is for everyone. I believe that people in all ages, all physical conditions can practice yoga. Unlike any other physical sports, the goal of yoga is not about mastering asanas (postures): it is the process, our journey to get to know ourselves and accept and embrace who we are. I do my very best to make the sequence accessible to practitioners of all levels, where we can be equally comfortable and challenged in our own boundaries.

Come Nourish from Within.

It’s colder and darker outside and we’re moving into the depth of the winter season. Are you feeling more emotional these days? Winters are like that, a more inward and sensitive time. How can we embrace and enjoy this time of silence, nourishment and peaceful preparation?

You will learn beautiful techniques and other rituals to honour the beauty of the winter season, to nourish our body, mind and spirit being in sync with the energy of the natural world.

    • A specially sequenced movement through kriya and asanas useful for the winter season 

    • Understanding Winter and your relationship with it from Ayurvedic point of view 

    • Meditation and Pranayama

    • A group intention setting, writing and sharing

    • Daily rituals to remain in steadiness 

    • A warming winter tea ritual 

    • Mantras for the winter

Private Lessons

Scheduled by appointment, sessions are for one hour and take place in your home, office, park or local studio.

I teach people of all ages, levels and physical conditions. Private and semi-private yoga sessions allow for the specific needs of the individual to be met. Regardless if you are a beginner, wanting therapeutic benefits for injuries, or looking to advance your personal practice, private sessions safely guide you on your path.
